Hi, I'm Caleb.
I help Baltimore dogs and their people feel calmer on walks, at the door, and everywhere in between.
I've worked hands-on with more than 300 dogs, and I've seen how much changes when people understand what their dog is feeling. Reactive dogs aren't bad dogs. Most of them are worried or frustrated, and no one has shown them a better option yet.
My background is in animal care and operations, including leading zoo operations, and I'm studying psychology. I come to training through learning science: how animals learn, what motivates them, and how emotions drive behavior.
I'm working toward my CPDT-KA certification through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. I train force-free, following the LIMA standard, and I never use prong, choke, or shock collars.
Training is as much about you as your dog. You'll get a clear plan, written homework, and someone in your corner while you practice.
Caleb
